Sir Keir Starmer has met Ukraine’s Volodymyr Zelensky in the margins of the NATO summit in Washington DC.
They greeted each other with a hug and a handshake.
Defence Secretary John Healey and Foreign Secretary David Lammy joined the Prime Minister with officials around a table.
