NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg welcomes Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer to the NATO Summit in Washington DC.
Mr Stoltenberg said that he is glad to hear of Sir Keir's ambition to drive defence spending up to 2.5% of GDP.
