President Joe Biden and First Lady Jill Biden held a social dinner at the White House for heads of state, government leaders, and their spouses after the inaugural day of the NATO summit.
Before the dinner, the leaders assembled on the White House balcony in anticipation of a scheduled flyover, which was subsequently called off.
