According to a new report from the Hollywood Reporter, Zendaya has allegedly grown frustrated with Euphoria creator Sam Levinson.
Despite the excitement surrounding Season 3, production has been delayed due to various setbacks, including the tragic death of cast member Angus Cloud and industry-wide strikes.
Sources revealed that Levinson's constant rewriting, including a bizarre idea where Zendaya’s character Rue becomes a private detective, contributed to the delays.
HBO executives have reportedly grown dissatisfied with Levinson, partly due to controversies from his other show, The Idol.
Although leading cast members like Zendaya, Jacob Elordi, and Sydney Sweeney initially supported Levinson, tensions have arisen, with Zendaya reportedly meeting with HBO executives to address her concerns.
Despite these issues, HBO announced that production for Season 3 will begin in January.
