A Russian citizen suspected of a car bombing in Moscow has revealed in an interrogation video that he collaborated with a presumed member of the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU).
The explosion, which occurred near a residential building, severely injured the car’s owner and a passenger.
The suspect, Evgeny Serebryakov, claimed he received instructions from ‘Ilya from the SBU’ and was promised a significant reward.
Kiev has denied any involvement.
