Equity is not law.
It is the enforcement of trust created by a contract.
Yet, all courts within the United States, and probably every other country at this point, have all been converted to courts of equity.
There are no courts of actual law in this nation and the same is true for every other nation that uses fiat currency.
That in itself is the problem, the currency is composed of contracts and those contracts are secured by a mortgage on the property rights of the fictitious U.S. CITIZEN, created by the 14th Amendment for that explicit purpose.
All court proceedings today are the enforcement of a trust indenture, which is what indentured servants are under, based on contracts our parents unknowingly entered us into because their parents had done the same.
Because so much fraud and coercion is used to force people to enter those contracts, they are void.
