I'd like to believe all of this is true, but even if it's not, I'm certain that fresh, organic, probiotic rich, and homemade food is nutritious and good for you.

This time of year we enjoy lots of green salads, and I like making them because I know the produce is washed and handled properly, and often times comes right from my garden.
