Met Police Commissioner Sir Mark Rowley grabbed a journalist's microphone as he left a Cobra meeting in Whitehall on Monday morning.
Mr Rowley was asked a question about two-tier policing as he left the Cabinet Office, before grabbing the journalist's microphone.
