New COVID Strain Overtakes Previous During Recent Summer Surge

Well, some unfortunately health news, there’s a new COVID variance taking over in the U.S. According to the CDC, the KP.3.1.1 variant has now overtaken the previous one, doubling in case numbers in just 2 weeks.
