US Secretary of State Antony Blinken says Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has agreed to an American "bridging proposal" for a ceasefire deal to end the 10-month war in Gaza.

Blinken noted that it’s now up to Hamas to agree to the terms.
