A stabbing spree at Solingen's Festival of Diversity in Germany left three dead and four seriously injured.
The attack occurred during the city's 650th anniversary celebration around 9:45 pm.
The suspect, described by witnesses as "Arab-looking," fled and remains at large.
Police launched a manhunt and cordoned off the area.
Mayor Tim Kurzbach expressed shock and sorrow.
