Sir Keir Starmer welcomed Bahrain's Crown Prince and Prime Minister Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa to Downing Street on Tuesday.
It comes after Starmer delivered a keynote speech in which he warned the autumn Budget would be "painful" for many households.
