Storm Boris lashes central and eastern Europe with torrential rains and high winds.
The rains have flooded streets and submerged entire neighbourhoods in some places while shutting down public transport and electricity in others.
Seven people have died as a result of the storm, and thousands have been evacuated across the continent.
