Triumph Motorcycles unveils two new models to its Modern Classics family: the refreshed Speed Twin 1200 and the all-new Speed Twin 1200 RS.
Available at all Triumph dealers from January 2025, the new Speed Twin 1200 features significant chassis updates, including Marzocchi forks and rear suspension that naturally improve handling, allowing for a more balanced and immediate ride.
These features are combined with extra performance, with 5PS more peak power than the previous model, for an even sportier character and unique riding thrills.
Also available as standard are optimised ABS and traction control, both with cornering function thanks to the inertial platform installed on the bike.
The new Speed Twin 1200 also features a sporty and contemporary look, with some typical details of the Modern Classics family that highlight the exceptional quality of the components, in typical Triumph Motorcycles style.
The RS version, on the other hand, offers riders sportier style and ergonomics, thanks to the repositioned handlebars and rearset footpegs, as well as top-level specifications, such as Triumph Shift Assist, a first for a Modern Classic, fully adjustable Marzocchi forks, Öhlins rear suspension and Brembo Stylema brake calipers.
The new Speed Twin 1200 RS is fitted with Metzeler Racetec RR K3 tyres as standard.
