Hurricane Milton is currently a major storm expected to make landfall along Florida’s west-central coast tonight as a Category 4 hurricane.
It has maximum sustained winds of around 155 mph and poses a serious threat with potentially life-threatening storm surges and high winds.
The storm has been intensifying and is being closely monitored by the National Hurricane Center and NOAA.
