Sir Keir Starmer welcomes NATO's new secretary-general Mark Rutte to 10 Downing Street for talks with Volodymyr Zelenskyy.
The prime minister tells the NATO chief that he and Mr Zelenskyy have been "meeting all morning, going through the plan for victory".
