Sir Keir Starmer has refused to rule out allowing Ukraine to use Storm Shadow missiles in Russia as he marked the 1,000th day of the war.
The prime minister said he did not wish to get into “operational details” on the matter as the "only winner in that would be Putin." It comes as US President Joe Biden authorised the use of US-supplied long-range weapons.
