Gandhi asserts that these developments validate his longstanding allegations against Adani.
The U.S. indictment accuses Adani and seven others, including his nephew Sagar Adani, of paying $265 million in bribes to Indian officials to secure contracts for a major solar power project.
The charges also include securities fraud and wire fraud conspiracy.
