Sir Keir Starmer has held a meeting with the Emir of Qatar in 10 Downing Street, on the final day of his state visit to the UK.
The prime minister hailed the "strong partnership" between the two countries and the Emir paid tribute to the "great relationship we have together".
Qatar's Emir was then shown the Treaty of Friendship, which was signed between the two countries in Geneva in 1971 after the country declared its independence.
