As is our custom, we will be bringing forth legislation live tonight to vote for the legislation our organization will support for the 2025 legislative season.
The rules are simple.
The legislation MUST comply with Article 1 Section 2 of the Missouri Constitution.
This clause simply states that any laws must apply to everyone equally.
90% of Missouri legislation misses that mark because most legislation benefits specific corporations, specific industries or the government.
Supporting legislation that is equally applied to all Missouri citizens is also a great way to remind legislators not to exceed their mandate and to keep their oaths of office and their commitment to the Missouri Constitution.
We will be choosing 3 bills to support in 2025.
