A shocking collision between two trams at Strasbourg’s central station has left dozens injured.
The accident occurred when one tram switched tracks and collided with a stationary tram in a tunnel leading to the station.
Emergency services, including 130 firefighters and 50 rescue vehicles, rushed to the scene to aid the injured and secure the area.
While no critical injuries were reported, many sustained scalp wounds, fractures, and sprains.
Authorities have launched an investigation into the incident.
Videos and photos from the scene show derailed tram cars and extensive damage, leaving the city in shock.
