Sir Keir Starmer receives a standing ovation as he states the “Scottish people stand with the people of Ukraine”.
Speaking at the Scottish Labour conference in Glasgow the prime minister says: "Nobody wants the bloodshed to continue, least of all the Ukrainians”.
Sir Keir insists “Britain will take a leading responsibility, we have to be ready to play our role if a force is required in Ukraine, once a peace agreement is reached”.
