After making his debut in the first Scream film nearly three decades ago, David Arquette is hitting the big screen again as Deputy Dewey Riley.
The actor appeared in the first five of the franchise's six films, most recently in 2022, when Deputy Riley met his unfortunate demise at the hands of Mikey Madison's character, Amber Freeman.
He is set to return alongside fellow Scream alumni Scott Foley and Matthew Lillard, whose characters met fates similar to Deputy Riley in their last franchise appearances.
The plotline surrounding Arquette's return is unclear at this time.
Scream 7 is set to hit theaters on February 27, 2026.
