The missing sailor who disappeared after the tanker collision in the North Sea is "presumed dead".
Speaking in the House of Commons on Tuesday, Maritime minister Mike Kane said: "Our working assumption is that - very sadly - that the sailor is deceased." Report by Kennedyl.
