Need some expert tax prep and someone “taken care of”, you don’t call H & R Glock, you call Christian Wolff, Ben Affleck’s character in “The Accountant 2.” He makes spreadsheets and ends heartbeats and this time he’s got some help.
That help comes from his younger brother, Braxton, played by Jon Bernthal.
What he needs help with is the Deputy Director of theTreasury Department’s FinCEN section, Marybeth Medina (Cynthia Addai-Robinson), asking him for help with solving the murder of a colleague.
When you start poking around, asking questions, on a mission to solve a murder, you risk running into some dangerous individuals, if not the murderer themselves.
It’s a good thing Deputy Director Medina has Christian and Braxton who both happen to have a particular set of skills, to steal from the movie “Taken.” Their odyssey leads them to human trafficking, mysterious hitmen, drug cartels and Copperhead Road at a country bar.
