Horror moment maniac 'boy racer' ploughs into crowd killing two Midland teenagers

Dhiya Al-Maamoury, 54, lost control of his Nissan Skyline and ploughed into a group of people at an illegal cruising event in Oldbury, West Midlands, killing two teenagers.
