Police swarm Sutton Coldfield street and arrest three teenagers in car theft probe

Three teenagers, two boys aged 15 and 16 and an 18-year-old man, were arrested on suspicion of car theft and possessing a weapon after a car was topped in a residential Sutton Coldfield road.
