Storm Éowyn: Gales set to batter Lanarkshire as Met Office issues red 'danger to life' warning

The Met Office is warning of "very dangerous" driving conditions and the potential for buildings to be damaged as Storm Éowyn gets set to bring winnds up to 100mph across Scotland.
