Today the health department is addressing the amount of cases they're seeing and what they're doing to combat the issue.

Earlier this morning on i was on a conference call with them and county leader.i was told the virus has spread throughout the county and there really isn't a hot spot.

The numbers in mower county continue to rise.

The health department is reporting 744 covid?

That number trails olmsted county by less than a hundred cases.

To put thing in perspective olmsted county is four times the size of mower county.

I asked pam kellogg with the mower county health and human services if they should've taken a more aggressive approach weeks ago to stop the spread.
