Clinton pool opens Sunday

This weekend- and jumping in the pool is a good way to cool off.

The jack boynton community pool is opening tomorrow!

But due to covid, there are new rules and procedures.

The pool will be at limited capacity.

And it's recommended you book a slot up to three days in advance.

Clinton pool board members were there today, getting ready for tomorrow's opening.

Larson says: "obviously with covid, we needed to ensure that we were able to keep people socially distancing within the pool yard one wway to do that is to lay out the pool ground so that we actiually have distinct areas that people can collect in."

Here are just some of the rules and procedures.

All swimmers need a membership.

No more than 75 visitors and 35 visitor groups will be allowed inside the pool grounds.

The pool will be open twice a day...from 1-3:45 and 4:15- 7 pm.

Time in between will be used for cleaning.

It's recommended you reserve a spot ahead of time.

Masks are required in all common areas....you're also being asked to social distance.
