West Lafayette Target is opening its doors

The Tiny Target is offically open in West Lafayette.

Soft opening for the store, but the grand opening will be on sunday.

The doors will open at 8a.m.

Last night, employees held a very important guest night.

Celebrating anyone who participated in getting the store ready for its opening.

The store is requiring customers to wear a mask unless they can't for medical reasons.

If a customer does (not have a mask, the store will provide one.

Target will also make provisions inside the store for social distancing.

Store director, marissa miller, says it's an odd time to open a store but it'll be a great addition to the community.

"so i have been in this role to open this store for a year now.

It has been since last august.

So i am beyond ready to be back into a routine.

My team leads are are like dying to have an open store.

We are so excited to be here.."

Miller says this location will also have curbside pickup.
