Smith said he understands people need masks.
But he believes county leaders should let the mandate expire like governor tate reeves.
Sot: "i don't like the masks, but i know they are probably helpful for a lot of people, but they are a lot of trouble.
I don't know if they do that much good or not."

Sot: "i feel like it's okay because i'm we want to protect the elderly and i have a lot of older shoppers that come in here and i want to do what's best for them."
