The snow didn't stop some folks from participating in some early halloween fun.
One by one cars drove through the parking lot of christ united methodist church for an event known as trunk or treating.
About a dozen church members decorated their trunks with halloween themes... there was alice in wonderland ?
"* and the wizard of oz ?

Pastor elizabeth macaulay says trunk or treat is a safer way for kids to celebrate the holiday this year they added new safety "we planned this so that no one would have to get out of their car in fact we didn't want people getting out of their car so they could stay in their safe little bubble.
All of our volunteers had masks on we stayed back.
We wanted to provide the delight of seeing cars trunks decorated and the goodness of candy."
