Andrew County Health Dept. reports 448% increase in COVID-19 cases since Sept. 1
Seeing a huge spike in coronavirus cases... good evening and thanks for joining us.

The health department says they've seen a 448 point 7 percent increase in total cases since septermber first.
Since the beginning of the pandemic andrew county has reported 845 total cases, 442 are currently active.
The county's typical 7 day case average has been between 12 and 15 cases per day.
177 of the county cases have been in the last 14 days.andrew county health department administrator andrew hoffman reminds residents of andrew, buchanan, nodaway and holt counties that we are in a red zone.
Quote "we have reached our capacity....all other services are now suspended until further notice....we ask for your grace as we move forward" he also asked if you are positive or notified of being exposed to stay in isolation, that it will likely take several days to receive a call from their department and that this is the time for personal responsibility.
