But on the contrast - some butte county representatives don't think gallagher's idea is what's best for the county... tami ritter/butte county supervisor "if another counties attestation says we are not going to participate or this is the way in which we are going to participate, then fine.
Let them follow that attestation if the state accepted that but that is not what butte county says."

But some people in chico are for more county leadership.
