America red cross warns of house fires

House fires are more common than many might think.

This holiday season, public safety and emergency response agencies are reminding everyone -to take caution to make sure your celebrations don't turn into a disaster - specifically - house fires.

Data from the national fire protection association indicates there is a home fire every 93 seconds in the u.s... causing 14.8 billion dollars in property damage - and 37-hundred deaths.

If fire*doe* happen... an agency better known for working natural disasters, is on scene almost as quickly as first responders.
