4 and has not returned.
Police are looking for a missing teenager.
Police say 16-year- old emmanuel brewer, also known as "manny", left his home yesterday and has not returned.
He is 5 foot 5 and weighs 150 pounds.
He was last seen wearing jeans and a dark colored hooded sweatshirt.
It is believed that he may be staying with friends in the new hartford / clinton area.
Anyone with any information on his whereabouts is asked to call new hartford police at 315-724-7111.
