The 16-year-old New Hartford boy reporting missing has been located and is safe, according to New Hartford police.

Police say 16-year- old emmanuel brewer, also known as "manny", left his home on friday and did not return.
At the time police said it was believed that brewer may be staying with friends in the new hartford / clinton area.
New hartford police posted on facebook around 12:30 this morning...saying quote...he has been located and safe.
