Oneida County Executive Anthony Picente says he believes the county public health departments should arrange vaccine distribution, not hospital systems.
His final briefing before christmas... today he talked vaccine distribution...specifi cally the governor's plan to have hospitals and medical facilities lead the way in distribution and leave local governments out.

He says wants the county health department to lead in distribution because its what they train for and they have plans in place to handle it.
