An athens man was among the 4 who died wednesday.
Dozens of others were arrested -- including one falkville man.

We wanted to know how his arrest in d-c translates here in north alabama.

We spoke with a former u-s district attorney who broke down those charges coffman could face-- as we continued to try to dig deeper into who he is.

The driveway is blocked off with logs and has a no trespassing sign out front.
We spoke to neighbors who told us coffman moved to the area about a year ago and kept to himself.
The 70-year old man's family members did not want to speak with us.
They did say they are aware of his arrest.
We spoke to former u-s district attorney for the northern district jay town who told us coffman could be facing federal charges right here in alabama jay town, former us attorney for the northern district "if you traveled in interstate commerce, crossed state lines, in order to commit a crime in washington dc, you could be prosecuted here in alabama in federal court or in washington dc in federal court same type of federal charges.
Town says anyone convicted of charges they faced in the capitol riots will have to serve each and everyday of their sentence -- without the possibility of parole.
