During former President Donald Trump's second impeachment trial, Congressman David Cicilline displayed Trump's tweets to demonstrate that "context matters," adding that "President Trump was not impeached because he used words that the House decided are forbidden or unpopular.
He was impeached for citing armed violence against the government of the United State of America."
