If you do plan to go to a storm shelter - there are a few things officials are encouraging you to take along.

Everyone sheltering from a storm is advised to wear a mask in case people are unable to be six feet apart.
White said the shelters will be disinfected prior to entry...but there are a list of items you should pack to stay occupied and safe...against covid-19.

White, ema director limestone county social distancing and those things may not be possible but wear your mask and do the precautions that you can do.
Once again ema advises that everyone wear a mask...in fact..it even says on the door...must wear mask.so this is one of the shelters that requires you to wear a mask if you go inside.
