Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister and BJP leader Yogi Adityanath offered prayers at Kamakhya Temple on March 17 during his Assam visit.
He is on a-day visit to poll-bound state Assam.
He will address a public gathering later in the evening.
Assembly elections in Assam for 126 seats will be held in three phases starting from March 27.
