Fayette County Public Schools Reopen Plan 3/22/2021

Fayette County students head back to the classrooms today but there will be adjustments necessary because of the shortage of bus personnel.

Some adjustments are changing school times, shuttles and using staff to assist with transportation.

Today --students in special programs at fayette county schools will head back to the classroom.

The district says it still does not have enough bus drivers... to match last year's service.

But it says its maximized resources to make it possible for students to return.

Some of the adjustments include changing school times..using shuttles...and staff assisting with transportation.

Families have been notified of what methods should be taken for their child's school..
