DECLINING COVID NUMBERS ALLOWED FAYETTE COUNTY PUBLIC SCHOOLS TO STICK WITH ITS PLAN OF RETURNING THE LAST REMAINING STUDENTS WHO CHOSE TO RETURN TO THE CLASSROOM
The declining covid numbers allowed fayette county public schools to stick with its plan of returning the last remaining students who chose to return to the classroom...to come back today...it was students in special academic programs and technical centers.
Also...the board of education is expected to announce at its meeting tonight the dates and times for in-person graduations at rupp arena with guests allowed.
The school district also announcing plans are underway to hold prom at all the high schools...outdoors on saturday, may 22nd.
Details on that will come from each individual school.
Another round of Fayette County School children will be returning to class today.
