Powerful winds and hailstones wreaked havoc across a city in southern China.
The video, filmed in Datian County in Fujian Province on March 30, shows restaurant workers holding a glass door from the inside against the strong winds and rain.
Scooters and trees were also seen falling down.
The local meteorological observatory issued a yellow warning signal (the lowest level) as lightning was expected in the next six hours.
