Cares act funding helped the facility by updating technology ?

"* getting online bill pay... and improving vaccine storage.

Senator smith says she hopes the innovation seen during the pandemic continues to positively impact a diverse group of patients.

Xxx making sure health services has the machine to keep vaccines at the right temperature and to be used on time so they can provide vaccines to diverse communities and address some inequities that we know that exist around access to vaccines.

We take a lot of pride in serving the patients that nobody else wants to take care of and we appreciate those challenges and are able to do that with the federal assistance we receive and the dedicated staff that we have.

Senator smith also visited the channel one regional food bank to see how federal funds are still having a positive impact
