Also brand new tonight the state liquor authority announced it is extending the executive order aowing takeout alcohol until may 6th.
The order was put in place during the pandemic to give restaurants more revenue during covid, as alot of their business relied on to go meals at the time.
Restaurants have praised the bill but some liquor stores have said the order is wrong.
Liquor or beer that is purchased to go needs to be packed in a sealed container.
And the customer still needs to buy food in order to get it.
