A couple of divers freed a fish that had become entangled in discarded fishing line in British Columbia, Canada.
The two divers found a trout that was struggling to wriggle free from a fishing line in Browning lake, near Squamish.
The filmer said: "While doing an underwater cleanup of Browning lake just outside of Squamish two divers came across a trout that had a hook caught in its gill and was wrapped in snagged or discarded fishing line.
"Snags while fishing do happen however having a lighter leader while fishing greatly reduces the amount of line that remains in the water if a snag is to occur.
You can see in the video the amount of line that was wrapped around logs and branches underwater.
The divers took a knife cut and removed the line after the fish was freed." This footage was filmed on June 10.
