Jussie Smollett has been sentenced to 150 days in the Cook County jail and 30 months of probation.
He is due to pay the City of Chicago $120,000 in restitution and also fined $25,000.
The disgraced actor proceeds on a wild tangent telling the judge "I am not suicidal and if anything happens to me when I go in there, I did not do it to myself."
